MINISTRIES
 We are a sacramental community. A sacrament is a visible expression of an unseen grace. What this means is that the gifts of grace we receive we are called to share. Worship, Mission, and Ministry are intertwined. We recognize that the neighbor we serve is the person in our backyard as well as the person in need halfway around the world. We are called to reach out in love to one another and to the world - Love being an action, not a feeling; what we do, not what we experience. Ministry is love in action.
Love in action is Jesus working in the world through us. We, as followers of Jesus, are called to respond as Jesus did. We are not necessarily called to give up our lives in the literal sense, but we are called to give over a part of our lives, whether that is time, talent or treasure, to love our neighbors and our enemies. We see the face of Jesus in all those we serve.
