Please join us for a timely guest lecture and workshop with Dr. Ann-Louise Lockhart, clinical psychologist and parenting coach.
Dr. Lockhart is a Caribbean-born pediatric psychologist, parent coach, and founder of A New Day Pediatric Psychology who now lives in San Antonio, Texas. With 20 years of experience, she helps overwhelmed parents build healthier relationships with their tweens and teens, especially those navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, and big emotions.
Her insights have been featured by the Today Show, PBS Kids for Parents, The New York Times, ABC News, Meta, HuffPost, and Parents magazine.
A mom of two teens and wife of 27 years, Dr. Lockhart blends clinical expertise with lived experience and humor. She loves daily walks, changing hairstyles, traveling, 80s music of all kinds, and family movie nights with Marvel or Star Wars on repeat. Her debut book, Love the Teen You Have, offers parents a real-world guide to understanding, connecting with, and supporting their teens—without losing themselves in the process.
Please RSVP to admin@stpaulsmontessori.org or by scanning the QR code on the poster above. There is no charge for the workshop, and childcare will be provided.
