24/7 Food Pantry: A Call for Help!
We need your help! The inventory for our 24/7 food pantry is running low. Please consider contributing some food items so we can continue to support this important ministry. You can find a list of nonperishable donation items by clicking here. Items can be dropped off in the parish hall on Sundays or left in the office. Introducing Donte Sumpter, Field Education Intern
Donte is an Army Chaplain at Fort Sam who is preparing to be ordained in the Episcopal Church by the Bishop of the Armed Forces. He’ll be serving at St. Paul’s on Sundays as part of his formation, and you’ll see him teaching, preaching, and assisting at the altar. Give him a warm welcome!
Sacraments of Belonging: Baptism & Confirmation
We are excited to welcome new members to the body of Christ in baptism, and new members to the Episcopal Church in confirmation! We’re planning for baptisms on a Sunday in September, and confirmations on October 4th during our bishop’s annual visit. If you’re interested in being baptized or becoming Episcopalian, contact Fr. Brian for more information.
Newcomers Class: Sundays in September
If you’re new to St. Paul’s and want to learn more about following Jesus, the Episcopal Church, and being a member of St. Paul’s, this class is for you. If you’re interested in being confirmed by the bishop and joining the Episcopal Church, this class will help prepare you. Join us for a three-part series with Fr. Parish Work Day
Come get your hands dirty as the parish community gets several projects done around the church property. Volunteers of all ages and skill levels are invited.
